Yes, better than any outcome I had reason to believe would actually happen. Now that Gov. Scott’s vetoes of sure-to- come insane legislation can be sustained we have hope for a better state of affairs. Hopefully the clean heat standard will not be re-approved in January. One elephant in the room is the GWSA which has to be repealed to short circuit the foolishness of taxpayers funding pending lawsuits against the state for failing to meet the unrealistic standards enshrined within that law.
