We are appreciative of such an informed analysis of HOW they are violating us. It informs our resistance. However, perhaps of greater concern is WHAT they are doing. This is another salvo in their campaign to administer our lives. They have no hesitation to occupy arenas of citizen autonomy with their over reaching legislation/regulation. They act with no effort to generate a consensus among those they represent. Our cooperative acquiescence is eroding the individual liberty we thought was protected by our constitution.

Such a smug coterie of snickering sycophants who of course know the outcome of their ‘deliberations’ before any discussions have even been recorded. The only possible chance of stopping this train wreck is the election of enough Republicans to the House in 2024 to prevent the usual Legislative override of a Governor’s veto .....assuming we even have a Republican governor then....anyone betting??
